The AF2 determines not only the flow rate, but also the current pressure and temperature in the feed line, allowing advanced diagnostics of the system's operating parameters. Data is sent to the control via standard switch or analog outputs, or via IO-Link. Data can also be communicated directly over the Ethernet interface via OPC UA or MQTT. This allows information on current or cumulative energy consumption to be passed directly to the relevant host system without requiring machine control. The AF2 represents a true IIOT component.
The flow rates of the AF2 variants are ideally suited to our AS family maintenance units and can be configured accordingly. Of course, this sensor/filter combination can be used separately. The large, configurable OLED display clearly conveys all operating data. Various displays for measurements as well as process curves and cumulative values are possible.
